They are one. They wear bows now. Avery loves chocolate cake. Maddie, not so much. One years old and I love them more now than I did a year ago. How is that possible?

- After two years of trying the not-so-old-fashioned way, which consited of eight IUIs, three IVFs, two miscarriages, one ectopic, a couple of chemical pregnancies and a ridiculous amount of heartbreak/ache, Nicole and I are finally moms to twin girls. Life is amazing, difficult, challenging, fulfilling and everything in between. This blog focuses mainly on the in-between feelings.
