It could be helpful...<br /><br />Don't worry too much about the prospect of a pacemaker (use the punching bag), but go see a really good cardiologist. The whole concept of facing this in your 30's is frightening, but in this case, ignorance is not bliss. You run 30+ miles per week- you heart is strong.
